Stakkt, the operating system for service businesses

The operating system for service businesses

Run the whole operation off one stack.

Stakkt builds custom AI systems for service businesses. Quoting, scheduling, hiring, phones, follow up, all of it built around the way you already run the work instead of the way some software company thinks you should.

No cost, no obligation. You keep the findings either way.

Your people. Your process. Your AI agents.

The problem

You did not build a company to babysit software.

Most owners are running six or seven tools that do not talk to each other, plus a whiteboard, plus a group text, plus whatever lives in your head. Here is what that actually costs you in a week.

Quoting

A quote takes a call to a vendor, a walk through old jobs, and an hour at the desk. By the time it goes out, somebody else already sent theirs.

Scheduling

One weather day or one truck down and somebody spends the afternoon rebuilding the whole week by hand, job by job.

Labor

Hours get estimated by feel. The job comes in over, nobody catches it until the month closes, and the margin is already gone.

Phones

Calls come in while the crew is on site. The ones that go to voicemail turn into somebody else's customer.

Hiring

You post, you chase, you interview four and two show up. Then paperwork sits half finished for a week before they can work.

The stack

You are paying real money every month for platforms priced for companies ten times your size, and they still do not connect to each other.

What Stakkt is

Your people, your process, your AI agents, working as one system.

Stakkt is not another platform you have to bend your business around. We map how your operation actually runs, then build agents that sit inside it and do the repeatable work. You keep the process. The system carries it.

An agent that quotes

Photos and a few details in, a priced estimate out, using your rates, your labor assumptions, and your margins. Reviewed by a person before it ever leaves your name.

An agent that reschedules

When the day falls apart, the system rebuilds the route, tells the crews, and notifies the customers before anybody has to pick up a phone.

An agent that answers

Calls and texts get picked up around the clock, questions get answered, real opportunities get routed to a human fast.

An agent that hires

Applicants get screened by voice, paperwork gets collected, and a new hire walks in on day one already set up in your system.

A training hub for the crew

Job training, timecards, customer interaction, uniforms, incident reports, and equipment requests, all in one place a new hire can actually find.

One place to look

Leads, jobs, crews, and money in a single view, so you stop reconciling four dashboards to answer one question.

The math owners run

Built to carry the work of five roles.

Most owners are either paying for these seats, doing them at night themselves, or leaving the work undone. Stakkt is built to carry the repeatable part of all five so your people spend the day on the parts that actually need a person.

Salesperson

Every lead answered, followed up, and worked until it closes or dies.

Estimator

Quotes priced off your numbers and out the door the same day.

Hiring manager

Screening, paperwork, and onboarding handled before day one.

Receptionist

Calls and texts picked up around the clock, nights and weekends included.

Back office

Invoices, records, and follow up that stop falling through the cracks.

How it works

Three steps, in this order, every time.

01 / AUDIT

We map the operation

A working session where we walk the whole thing, lead to invoice. Where the time goes, where the money leaks, what your team actually does versus what the software says they do.

02 / BUILD

We build to your process

Agents and workflows built around your rates, your service area, your crews, and your paperwork. It connects to what you already run instead of asking you to rip it out.

03 / TRAIN

We train the people who use it

Rollout is where most systems die. We train your team in plain language, we stay through adoption, and we keep answering the phone after go live.

Support

We build.We train.We are here.

Support is US based. Common questions get answered instantly by an AI agent that knows your build. Anything past that gets a real person on a Zoom call, usually the same day. No ticket queue, no offshore call center, no waiting three business days to find out you clicked the wrong thing.

Start here

The free operations audit.

One working session where we go through your operation the way your money actually moves through it. No pitch deck, no slides, no obligation to build anything with us afterward.

  • We walk it lead to invoice. How a job comes in, gets quoted, gets scheduled, gets done, gets billed, and gets followed up.
  • We find where the hours go. The repeatable work eating your week and your team's week, named and counted.
  • We find where the margin leaks. Labor guesswork, slow quotes, missed calls, and rework, sized so you can see what each one costs.
  • You leave with the map. A written summary of what we found and what to fix first, in the order it should be fixed.
  • It is yours either way. Build with us or take the map and do it yourself. Both are fine.

No cost, no obligation

See what your operation is actually costing you.

Most owners already know something is leaking. The audit tells you where, how much, and what to do about it first.

Questions we get

Fair questions.

What does the audit cost?

Nothing. It is a working session, not a sales call with a discovery label on it. You get the findings whether or not you ever build anything with us.

Do I have to throw out the software I already pay for?

No. Most builds connect to what you already run. If something is genuinely costing you more than it returns, we will say so, but replacing your whole stack is not the goal. Making it work as one system is.

My team is not technical. Is this going to sit unused?

That is the single most common way these projects fail, so it is the part we spend the most time on. Training is built into the engagement, it is done in plain language, and we stay through adoption instead of handing you a login and disappearing.

Does an AI agent send quotes out under my name without me seeing them?

Only if you want it that way. By default a person reviews and approves before anything goes to a customer. You decide how much rope each agent gets.

What does a build cost and how long does it take?

Both depend on how much of the operation you bring in and how clean your current data is. The audit is where we scope it honestly, and you get real numbers before you commit to anything.

What kind of business is this for?

Service businesses with crews in the field and real volume moving through quoting and scheduling. If most of your week is spent quoting, routing, chasing people, or answering the same questions, you are the fit.
